Amethyst

In ancient times, Amethyst was used for protection against magic, homesickness, evil thoughts, nightmares, and drunkeness.  It has a soothing, relaxing effect assisting one with happiness, calming fears and emotional storms, and instills it's holder with courage, love, and peace.
