Moss Agate

Moss Agate has been known as the crystal of gardeners and agriculture by many cultures throughout history. It was considered a miraculous healing stone for tribal priests of the past, and was used as a talisman to make warriors strong and victorious.  It is known as a lucky stone for gamblers.  The energy of this stone encourages new beginnings, expansion, vitality and growth, making it and excellent stone for those trying to free themselves from addictions and/or long established ways of life or dependancies.  It's said that a change in play of colors on the stone warn of false friends.  It strengthens the bonds to nature and encourages communication and understanding.  It is said to stimulate insulin production, fight diabetes, regulates metabolism, cleanses the kidney and lymph system, and to be beneficial to digestion.  It strengthens the immune system making the body less prone to viral and bacterial infections.  It's also thought be a great stone in pregnancy, labor, and breastfeeding.
