We currently offer two shipping options directly at our checkout: Standard Shipping, which is priced by weight, and In Store Pick-up, for those of you who live close by.  Standard Shipping is available anywhere in Canada.  If you live outside of Canada, send me a message with your address and the items you are wanting to purchase and I can give you a quote for shipping to your area.  For those who want In Store Pick-up, please note our store hours before commuting.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges or returns except under specific circumstances.  Please review all items carefully before making any purchases.  If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions.

We offer Flat-Rate Shipping that is based on size and can be more economical if you've ordered items that weigh less than 5 kgs total. If you would like a price quote for Flat-Rate Shipping, select In Store Pick-Up at checkout, with a note on your order requesting Flat-Rate Shipping.  We will send you a price and a payment request in 1-2 business days.  All orders must be paid before items will be shipped.

1.  Our products are geological formations of rock, gems, crystals, and minerals.  Some have been cut and/or shaped and/or polished.  Because of their origins, all product sizes and colors are approximate as there is often some variation from one deposit to the next.  

2.  All crystal healing tips, folklore, and information contained on this page are a representation of a belief as to what these crystals and minerals are used for. This information has not been vetted by science and therefore should not be taken as medical or practical advice. Alchemist's Circle Gifts makes no claim and takes no responsibility that such uses are factual as they derive from non-vetted sources.

3.  All items will be carefully wrapped and packed before shipping.  If there are any issues with your order due to shipping, please contact us and we will resolve the issue together.
