Bloodstone

Bloodstone was believed to be a very powerful protective stone.  Also known as Heliotrope, it can be used to combat nightmares.  It's been used to fight bladder infections, and in cleansing and strengthening blood-carrying organs like the liver, spleen, and kidney.  It is a fantastic stone for the heat, relieving pain and regulating arrhythmia and disturbed ciculation.  It symbolizes sympathy and humility and was seen as a symbol of the earth because of it's green color.  It has been known as a good stone for pregnant women.
